MAKING A PURCHASE
In this Agreement, we are Underground Retail Ltd, the Supplier, at the address shown in the "About Us" section above, you are the Purchaser, as detailed on your Order in the section "Customer / Invoice Address".
Making a purchase could not be easier - just three easy steps......
A. Just browse the styles at the Online Shop, choose your Size, click "Add to Cart".
B. After you have chosen all of your styles, click on 'Checkout'.
C. Complete the details in the Order Form - here you can also choose your Shipping / Delivery address.
When you complete your online order you will be directed to the Secure Payment Page and the Secure Encrypted process.The "Gold Padlock" symbol will appear in your Browser Address Bar / the title of the Address Bar will be coloured green when you enter your Credit Card details.
When you have completed your purchase through the Checkout you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. PLEASE CHECK THE ACCURACY OF THE DETAILS THAT YOU HAVE SUBMITTED IN YOUR ORDER - if you have made any errors please email us immediately with the correct details.
After we have received your order we will then send you a further email to advise on progress of your order and the approximate delivery date, as a occasionally, your style/size may temporarily be out of stock and we will then order your style from the factory - see "Back Orders" section - your order will then be dispatched as soon as possible.
Our Agreement is made on the date we debit payment from your Credit / Debit Card. Please note payment is only processed if all the Credit Card details you have provided in your order correctly match the details held by your Card Issuer.
We accept most major Credit / Debit Cards, alternatively, payment can be made by Bank Transfer. If payment is made by Bank Transfer then cleared funds will be required in our bank account before your order is shipped - please email to obtain further details.
Ordering Online is quicker and easier for processing & dispatch of your order - however you can also submit your order via Mail Order - an administration fee of £10.00 applies to all orders received via Mail Order - please contact us for further information.
Special Orders / Special Offer Price / SALE styles - these orders require FULL PAYMENT on receipt of your order - this payment is non-refundable in the event of your cancellation and Special Orders / Special Offer Price / Sale styles cannot be Exchanged for an alternative Size/Style or Refund. DELIVERY SCHEDULE
After Checkout you will receive your Order Confirmation.
We will send you a further email to advise on progress of your order and the approximate delivery date.
Occasionally, your style/size may temporarily be out of stock and we will email you to advise on the approximate supply date of your.
The transit/delivery times shown below relate to Busines/Working days.Occasionally these times maybe extended due to events beyond our control: national holidays, local transport conditions, industrial action, geographical location, adverse weather conditions.
Orders will be delivered by Courier and will require a signature for parcel/order receipt at the delivery address.
Standard service is between 08.00-17.30hrs, Monday - Friday.
PLEASE NOTE SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED - if it assists delivery can be made to your works/business address,please choose this option at Checkout.

BACK ORDERS
If the style/product that you have ordered is not in stock, we will place a "back-order" with the supply factory and we will email to advise on the estimated supply time.
When the style/product is received from the supply factory we will email to advise on dispatch / debit cost to your Credit / Debit Card.
To cancel an order, you must advise us, by email or letter, clearly stating you wish to cancel the order - you must supply your Order Number to confirm your cancellation and YOU must obtain a Cancellation Number from us to CONFIRM cancellation of your order - please note cancellation cannot be by telephone.

TAX CHARGES
The Customs/Tax Bureau administration costs and Import Taxes vary widely with each country and therefore the payment of Customs Tax Duties & Import Charges for orders shipped to a country OUTSIDE of the EU is the sole responsibility of the Customer/Consignee.
In the event that the Customer/Consignee refuses payment of any Duty, Document Handling Fee, Import Fee or other cost demanded by the Custom/Tax Bureau and acceptance is refused by the Customer /Consignee and the Order/Consignment is subsequently returned to the UK/disposed of by the Customs/Tax Bureau, all such costs incurred by Underground Retail Ltd relating to the refusal, cost of goods,shipping and return shipping cost to the UK will be payable by the Consignee. The costs relating to return shall be notified to the customer prior to debit of the payment Card.

GUARANTEE
We provide a high quality product, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase or you require an alternative size you must notify us by email, letter or fax - you must notify us within 7 days of the actual parcel delivery date - please refer to the "Returns Policy".
In the event of a fault with your product please email the details of the fault together with the Underground Online Shop Order Number. Please note no attempt should be made to undertake any form of repair to the faulty product, we will not be able to assist should repair / attempted repair be made to the product.
We endeavour to provide accurate images of all products shown on this website.However all computers, monitors and other forms of electronic displays vary in their reproduction of colour/dimension and therefore some variation may occur between the product images displayed and the actual product received.
From time to time there may also be a small difference with the finished product compared to the displayed image due to unforeseen changes in manufacturing processes / material availability and we reserve the right to supply the amended product for order fulfilment.

RETURNS POLICY
We provide a high quality product, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase or you require an alternative size you must NOTIFY us by email or letter WITHIN 7 days of your order delivery date. Please state in your email/letter: your Order Number and the alternative UK Size you require. Note: Special Orders / Sale items cannot be exchanged for an alternative size/style or refund.
Return of goods can only be made if you comply with the following conditions: - you send an email or letter requesting a "Returns Authorisation Number " / Returns Address - BEFORE you make the return of any style/product. - the product has NOT BEEN WORN (except for initial fitting) and the swing tags / product labels should not have been removed. - the product is packed,when possible, in its original branded box together with all promotional items,including tissue paper/labels. - THE BOX MUST BE PROTECTED WITH DURABLE PLASTIC WRAPPING DURING SHIPMENT. - the Returns Authorisation Number / Returns Address is clearly displayed on the outer plastic wrapping of the parcel. - the parcel is received at the Returns address no later than the date shown on the Returns Label. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the returned parcel after the stated date. Customers returning styles/products are responsible for the return of the order until the parcel is received at our Warehouse, please ensure you retain a receipt from your carrier/shipped for return shipping,as goods that are lost during transit cannot be refunded.
When the goods are received at our Warehouse they will be inspected and we will email you to confirm receipt.
Goods returned to our Warehouse that have been used/worn CANNOT be refunded.
Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original purchase method within 21 working days of receipt at our Warehouse.
Please ensure you comply with the above requirements otherwise you may incur additional costs for administration / re-handling of your Return Parcel /Goods.
Please note - the re-shipment of Overseas orders for an exchange of size will automatically incur shipping costs for the shipment of replacement size or new style/size.
The above requirements apply to all orders received by Underground Retail Ltd via the Online Shop, Telephone or Mail Order.
The above Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
