MAKING A PURCHASE
In this Agreement, we are Underground Cybershop Ltd, the Supplier, at the address shown in the "About Us" section above and you are the Purchaser, as detailed on your Order in the section "Customer / Invoice Address".
Making a purchase could not be easier - just three easy steps......
A. Just browse the styles at the Online Shop, choose your UK Size, click "Add to Cart".
B. After you have finished choosing all of your styles, click on 'Checkout'
C. Complete the details in the Order Form - here you can also choose your Shipping / Delivery address
There is a MINIMUM order value of £20.00 per order - irrespective of the payment method.
When you complete your order online your credit card information is sent via the Secure Encrypted process.The "Gold Padlock" symbol will appear in your Browser Address Bar when you enter your Credit Card details.
When you have completed your purchase through the Checkout you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. PLEASE CHECK THE ACCURACY OF THE DETAILS THAT YOU HAVE SUBMITTED IN YOUR ORDER - if you have made any errors please email us immediately with the correct details.
After we have received your order we will then send you a further email to advise on progress of your order and the approximate delivery date, as a occasionally, your style/size maybe temporarily out of stock and we will then order your style from the factory - see "Back Orders" section - your order will then be dispatched as soon as possible.
Our Agreement is made on the date we debit payment from your Credit / Debit Card - WE ONLY DEBIT YOUR PAYMENT CARD WHEN WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER FOR DISPATCH. Please note we can only process payment if all the Credit Card details you have provided in your order you correctly match the details held by your Card Issuer - we reserve the right not to process the order should there be discrepancies with the payment Card details.
If you are shopping from a Country outside of the UK, the currency exchange rate will be applied by your Credit Card Company at the date of transaction.
We accept most major credit cards, alternatively, payment can be made by Bank Transfer,Money Order or Cheque (only UK bank issued cheques). If payment is made by one of these methods then cleared funds will be required in our bank account before your order is shipped - please email to obtain further details.
Ordering Online is quicker and easier for the processing / dispatch of your order - however you can also submit your order via Telephone or Mail Order - please contact us for further information.
Special Orders - these orders require FULL PAYMENT on receipt of the order - this payment is non-refundable in the event of your cancellation and Special Orders cannot be Exchanged for an alternative Size/Style or Refund. Additional special terms & conditions may also apply, any Special Terms & Conditions will be advised to you by email, you must then confirm acceptance to continue with your Special Order.

Orders will be delivered by Courier - they will require a signature of receipt at the delivery address - standard service is 08.00-17.30hrs Monday - Friday - PLEASE NOTE SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES CANNOT BE ACCEPTED - if it assists you to have delivery to your works/business or other address then please choose this option at the Checkout.Please note if you are unable to receive your order/parcel at the delivery address and the parcel is subsequently returned to our UK warehouse by the carrier/shipper, due to non-delivery or refusal to accept, return shipping costs to the UK will apply, the cost is dependent on country/location/parcel weight.

BACK ORDERS
If the style/product that you have ordered is not in stock, we will place a "back-order" with the supply factory and we will email to advise on the estimated supply time.
When the style/product is received from the supply factory we will email to advise on dispatch / debit cost to your Credit / Debit Card.
To cancel an order, you must advise us, by email or letter, clearly stating you wish to cancel the order - you must supply your Order Number to confirm your cancellation and YOU must obtain a Cancellation Number from us to CONFIRM cancellation of your order - please note cancellation cannot be by telephone.

TAX CHARGES
The administration of Customs / Tax Bureau vary with each country and the payment of Customs Tax Duties & Import Charges for styles/products shipped to a country outside of the EU is the sole responsibility of the Customer / Consignee.
In the event that the Customer / Consignee refuses payment of any Duty, Document Handling Fee, Import Fee or similar and the Order / Consignment is returned to the UK, all such costs incurred by Underground Cybershop relating to the refusal, shipping and return shipping cost to the UK will be payable by the Consignee. The costs relating to return shall be notified to the customer prior to debit of the Credit Card.

GUARANTEE
We provide a high quality product, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase or you require an alternative size you must notify us by email, letter or fax - you must notify us within 7 days of the actual parcel delivery date - please refer to the "Returns Policy".
In the event of a fault with your product please email the details of the fault together with the Underground Online Shop Order Number. Please note no attempt should be made to undertake any form of repair to the faulty product, we will not be able to assist should repair / attempted repair be made to the product.
We endeavour to provide accurate images of all products shown on this website.However all computers, monitors and other forms of electronic displays vary in their reproduction of colour/dimension and therefore some variation may occur between the product images displayed and the actual product received.
From time to time there may also be a small difference with the finished product compared to the displayed image due to unforeseen changes in manufacturing processes / material availability and we reserve the right to supply the amended product for order fulfilment.

Underground Cybershop Ltd will not disclose purchaser's information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

RETURNS POLICY
We provide a high quality product, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase or you require an alternative size you must NOTIFY us by email or letter within 7 days of the actual parcel delivery date. Please note that Special Orders cannot be exchanged for an alternative size/style or refund.
Return of goods can only be made if you comply with the following conditions:
- you send an email or letter requesting a "Returns Authorisation Number " / Returns Address - BEFORE you make the return of any style/product.
- the product has NOT BEEN WORN (except for initial fitting) and the swing tags / product labels should not have been removed.
- the product is packed,when possible, in its original branded box together with all promotional items,including tissue paper/labels.
- THE BOX MUST BE PROTECTED WITH DURABLE PLASTIC WRAPPING DURING SHIPMENT.
- the Returns Authorisation Number / Returns Address is clearly displayed on the outer plastic wrapping of the parcel.
- the parcel is received at the Returns address no later than the date shown on the Returns Label. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of returned goods/parcels after the stated date.
Customers returning styles/products are responsible for the return of the order until the parcel is received at our Warehouse, please ensure you retain a receipt for shipping the returned order as goods that are lost during transit cannot be refunded.
When the goods are received at our Warehouse they will be inspected and we will email you to confirm receipt.
Goods returned to our Warehouse that have been used/worn cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original purchase method within 14 working days of receipt at our Warehouse - this refund should then appear on your Credit/Debit Card Statement within a further 3-6 days.
Please ensure you comply with the above requirements otherwise you may incur additional costs for administration / re-handling of your Return Parcel /Goods.
Please note - the re-shipment of Overseas orders for an exchange of size will automatically incur shipping costs for the replacement size or new style/size.
The above requirements apply to all orders received via the Online Shop, Telephone or Mail Order.
The above Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
